Do you want to gain real-world
experience, boost your resume, and
connect with professionals within
corporate finance?
In Fall of 2025, we hosted a case competition with General Mills. Most recently, we hosted a competition with Uline in Spring 2026. These are an all-day event where students work in teams to tackle a real-world business case provided by the public or private company. You’ll leverage your classroom knowledge and business intuition in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while gaining insight into the world of corporate finance through the lens of one of the largest U.S. companies. Anyone is eligible to join our case competitions! We encourage everyone to apply no matter how much experience or knowledge they have.

Each semester we plan one case competition with a different company. Once everything is planned and figured out, we will post a link on our Flare, website, and club email. Make sure to look out for these!

Not only does it look great on your resume for participating in a case competition during college, but it also gives you great experience of real life work problems you will see in the field. An extra bonus is that for each competition, there’s always prizes like cash!
